i'm so serious! what was i thinking when i signed up to put myself through this! i'm currently in LATN 2001 which is the 3rd semester of latin at the University of Georgia. in my defense i only registered for this course because it's needed for me to graduate. believe me if there wasn't a language requirement, i wouldn't have taken it at all! to be honest, there are a lot of classes i would not have taken if it wasn't for the graduation requirement...like history, or physics ...i just don't like school.
this week in particular, this course has sucked worse than normal. tomorrow i have a latin midterm and sunday i have a speech due ...IN LATIN! what the heck?! like seriously...it's a dead language, one should not be required to speak it!! on the bright side though, cause there is always one of those (sometimes you just gotta look a little harder to find it), after this week, we're spending a good month playing a "reacting to the past" game that is set in 44BC right after Caesar was assassinated. right now, the whole game is a little blurry and no one is really sure what to expect, but in general ..it sounds like it should be pretty cool! (: i'm really really really excited. how lame do i sound?!
alright love followers, i should probably get back to work! i've a lot to do..and not much time to work on it! story of my life.
